Made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse: the item is printed or embroidered after you order, then shipped. Estimated delivery is 8–11 days from the order date. Because each piece is produced individually, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind — if an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will replace or refund it.
